dc.description.abstract The Board of Trustees approves a tuition and fee increase for the fifth year in a row. The University reaches an agreement with Stadiums Unlimited, Inc to repair the seats at Stambaugh Stadium. Plans are made to merge the advertising and public relations department with the marketing department. Stephen Grcevich, director of telecommunications, is elected Vice President of the Ohio Public Radio association. The University installs 34 new printers and computer terminals to replace old key punch systems. Howard Martin, director of the IRS Appeals Division, spoke to local accountants and tax practitioners about tax shelter abuse. Remodeling starts at the bookstore. Junior Jim Swanson talks about being a vegetarian. Mark Peyko reviews the film Psycho II. en_US
