dc.description.abstract Freshmen Reception is to be held Friday September 20. Rules and Regulations of the Student Council are listed. Ray Codrea was elected president of the Student Council at the initial meeting.Youngstown College has a new Business manager, Howard E. Sutton. Article concerning school spirit and a football team. The Phi Sigma Epsilon fraternity decided to abolish "Hell Week" due to the fact that it is detrimental to the best interest of the college and fraternity. John R. McPhee was appointed the first Athletic Director of Youngstown College. A local Chapter, Alpha Nu, was awared the trophy for having the largest number present at the Convention of Alpha Pi Sigma, national social sorority. en_US
