dc.description.abstract Jambar wins Scripps-Howard Award and is judged best collegiate bi-weekly paper in Ohio at the Ohio College Newspaper Association Press Convention held in Columbus. Recommendation will be made to faculty authorities to award "YC Pins" to fiver per cent of a graduating class instead of the customary three pins per class. Petty Houser is the Queen of May for the May Day festivities. Ballots of 630 Youngstown College students revealed this week that the majority of students think universal military training and air force expansion is the best policy for the U.S. in view of the present world situation.
