dc.description.abstract The Student Council Discipline Committee was to consider Chuck Hettler’s eligibility to serve as an at-large representative on Council. Professor Wilbur Watson of Rutgers University spoke during Black History Week. Despite heavy snow and requests from the Youngstown Police Department for all to keep off the streets, President Pugsley kept YSU opens, stating that “this is northern country.” The Sigma Epsilon Fite Nite was highlighted in a series of photographs. en_US
