dc.description.abstract	Student government presidential elections were announced for the following week. A petition originating with the Jambar was sent to Youngstown City Council in protest over city parking policies. Rev. Wiliam Sloane Coffin, Jr., was slated to give a special lecture in Strouss Hall. Omicron Lambda fraternity was highlighted. The staff of the Neon (the YSU yearbook) was commended. The happiness of mascot Pete Penguin was discussed. Candidates for Spring Weekend Queen were announced.	en_US
