dc.description.abstract	Congressman Jim Traficant offers to look into financial aid problems. David Eisenhower gave a speech on his grandfather, Dwight Eisenhower. The University claims the YSU-ACE union violated rules in elections. Students in the Penguin Summer program participate in an archeological dig at the Barnhisel House and a variety of other classes. Professor William Binning will lead the local Republican delegation to the national convention. The Peace Council floats candles to remember atomic bomb victims. New recruits report to football camp. Alumnus Patty Metzler is the new Cross Country and Track coach. Volleyball looks forward to a good season.	en_US
