dc.description.abstract	Governor Bob Taft combats gas prices by way of Project THAW. The Students for Life group, a pro-life group, is started on campus. Dr. Ray Beiersdorfer, associate professor, geology was asked to guest-star in "Fi-Sci with Penn Jillette" a one-hour special focusing on the science fiction movie "2001: A Space Odyssey" and the actual sicence behind the movie. NAACP advisers Dr. Homer Warren and Dorothy Collins, inspire students.	en_US
