dc.description.abstract A new statewide campus disorder law went into effect. 900 new parking spaces were added to campus. Architects were selected to design and build the new University Library, while complaints mounted over the new School of Business Building. The scarcity of student housing was lamented. Greek Week was set. Mod fasions were discussed. The Fifth Dimension was booked to play Homecoming Weekend. Renowed speakers scheduled for the 1970/71 season included. Dr. Karl Menninger, Senators Mark Hatfield and Birch Bayh, and Dame Judith Anderson. A half-page advertisement for the Park Burlesk (sic), highlighting striptease artist Ronnie Bell, would prove somewhat controversial in subsequent issues of the Jambar. en_US
