dc.description.abstract YSU’s controversial policy of overselling parking permits was the leading story. About 700 persons attended the Skeggs Lecture by historian Henry Steele Commager. The vote for the chair of the English Department was inconclusive. A meeting of the Kilcawley Center Board became heated over the issue of revising the organization’s constitution. MEDCO, the organization developing the new joint medical school, picked up the option on the 53-acre site in Rootstown. en_US
