dc.description.abstract	The new Academic Senate is launched with the approval of its constitution by the outgoing University Senate. Campus security chief Paul Cress announced measures to end the fad of “streaking.” A delay in the delivery of new furniture caused the further postponement of the reopening of Kilcawley Center to April. The workload dispute between the faculty union and the Administration continued unresolved. 99 recommendations for campus improvement came out of a leadership workshop held at Bethany College, W.Va. Student Council elected its officers, and Dom Rosselli began his 20th season coaching YSU Baseball.	en_US
