dc.description.abstract	Kilcawley Center reopens with a gala celebration. Ohio Governor John J. Gilligan asked the state universities to support the recommendations of a task force on higher education. An Israeli expert on the Middle East said that the problems there were caused by the Arab refusal to recognize the Jewish state. A general from the Pentagon spoke to Army ROTC cadets.
