dc.description.abstract	YSU-OEA sought a redress of grievances following the revelation of an “enemies list” in the Campus Security office files. The ACLU offered assistance in this matter, believing that civil right of both faculty and students may have been violated through the existence of the list. Arson was suspected for the third fire at Rayen Hall. The Board of Trustees approved the hiring of an operations manager for Kilcawley Center.	en_US
