dc.description.abstract | The bombing of North Vietnam by the U.S. Air Force prompted the Community of Concern to launch a petition drive to stop it. Low ticket sales for the Spring Weekend concert caused worry for the Student Council. Preparations for the festivities continued, however. Television writer Rod Serling was set to deliver a lecture and hold an informal discussion group with faculty and students. The University Senate planned to meet to discuss the Pass/Fail grade option. A new YSU Volunteer Bureau was created. Three campus service organizations pooled revenues to help the needy. The History Club planned a trip to the Cleveland Art Museum, and the manager of campus food services answered complaints. | en_US |
