dc.description.abstract	Contract negotiations between faculty and the administration continued. Christine Dykema was named chair of the Foreign Language department. Dr. Dean Roussos was named Graduate Director of Business Studies. A day care center was planned. An open air fair was planned by the Major Events Committee. 17 YSU Reading students were offered practical on-site experience at Boardman High School. Dorm life in the YWCA was examined. Financial Aid was delayed. Student Government was to consider a new constitution that would give it more autonomy from the University administration.	en_US
