dc.description.abstract YSU planned to computerize its admissions procedures. Student organizations set out to surmount a $2,550 campus day care center deficit. The issuing of student photo identification cards was announced, beginning in the Fall 1973 quarter. Phil Ciprian, candidate for student government president, announced that he planned on submitting a list of elections violations to Student Council. The Faculty elected delegates to the University Senate. An open-air fair was planned for May 1973 by the Major Events Committee. 45 high school marksmen were scheduled to attend a competition at Beeghly Center’s rifle range. The Urban Studies department announced a probe into local health care needs and costs. A representative from the Ohio EPA spoke to student environmentalists. A parade and banquet were planned for Ad Week. A “Credit/No Credit” option was to appear on student registration scan sheets. YSU junior Charles Mason announced his candidacy for Mayor of Youngstown. en_US
