dc.description.abstract The validity of a recent student election was challenged. A delay in the opening of the Beeghly Center natatorium (swimming pool) was announced. A community project to serve the needy, “Operation Hotline,” was profiled. The YSU Concert Choir planned a performance of choral music, while the annual student art show was planned for the Butler. The faculty art show was already in progress. The president of YSU-AAUP predicted that his organization would win in an election contest with OEA in becoming the sole bargaining agent for the University faculty. en_US
