dc.description.abstract	In a referendum, OEA defeated AAUP to serve as the faculty’s sole bargaining agent, garnering 58 percent of the vote. Some departments in the Rayen School of Engineering merged amid controversy. The career of departing Dr. Edith Painter is profiled. YSU-NAACP offered a book leasing service to math students, a counselor in the YSU Black Studies Program was appointed to a consultant position, and Continuing Education prepared to graduate 38. The Jambar presents its 5th Annual Questionable Merit Awards.	en_US
