dc.description.abstract Dr. William S. Carlson, President of the University of Toledo, was the slated speaker for Spring Commencement. The University Senate reviewed the grading system. President Pugsley predicted a drop in enrollment for Fall Quarter. An Affirmative Action Committee was formed to create AA guidelines for the University. The Free University received approval to offer summer courses. Ford Hall, the oldest existing building on campus, was slated for demolition to make way for a new Fine & Performing Arts building. en_US
