dc.description.abstract Former Sociology instructor Dr. Bhagwati Poddar lost his latest (and final) civil suit against the University regarding his termination. Contract negotiations began between YSU and YSU-OEA. English instructor Robert Peterson presented his views concerning the “Free University.” The Open Space Plan was discussed. The International Student Organization stressed a need for help. YSU announced plans to sponsor a “Real Estate Know-How” course. Examiners presented their report on the University’s financial status. The Penguin football squad prepared for the 1972 season, led by veteran players and coached by Dike Beede, his final season. en_US
