dc.description.abstract The traditional homecoming concert was scrapped by the major events committee. The son of John Kenneth Galbreath was to visit YSU on behalf of the McGovern presidential campaign. The Geology Department received a collection of rock specimens from New Mexico. A ham radio club was chartered. Dr. and Mrs. Wade Raridon were to perform together in a Dana concert. Central Hall (a remodeled Army-surplus barracks) was demolished. Indian summer was enjoyed on campus. en_US
