dc.description.abstract The African-American Student Union of YSU criticized President Pugsley for a lack of cooperation in establishing a Black student center. The discussion of the funding of football by the University Senate was viewed as ill-timed by some. Dr. Sidney Hook, professor of philosophy at New York University, was scheduled to be the next Skeggs Lecturer. John Guare’s play, “The House of Blue Leaves” was set to premier and was highlighted by the Jambar. A museology course was planned. en_US
