dc.description.abstract	The Board of Trustees approved a tuition increase to $210 per quarter. 979 students received degrees during commencement exercises. The new faculty contract was seen as the primary reason for the hike. The University Senate awaited changes to its constitution and bylaws. The Dietetic Technology program received money to provide student grants.	en_US
