dc.description.abstract	YSU-OEA president Thomas Shipka denied that the new labor pact between the faculty and the University was the chief cause for the recent hike in tuition. The University Senate was to vote on revisions to its constitution and bylaws. Education television station WNEO (Channel 45) prepared for its on-air debut. To study prison conditions, a YSU instructor participated in a three-day “live-in” at the Ohio State Penitentiary. The student handbook was revised.	en_US
