dc.description.abstract	Educational television station WNEO (Channel 45) was dedicated. Student Affairs dean Darrell Rishel announced his departure for Duquesne University, while Harold Yiannaki was appointed University Registrar. Area science educators participated in the Sixth Annual Aerospace Workshop, hosted by YSU. ACT scores at YSU were determined to be the lowest of all the state universities in Ohio, while a lecturer praised Nigerian schools.	en_US
