dc.description.abstract	Changes to the Student Government constitution were formally presented to Student Council. An ad hoc committee on interschool relations prepared to meet. The bill for YSU Winter Concert was set. A change in cafeteria contractors was considered by the director of Kilcawley Center. Tickets for a testimonial dinner for outgoing athletic direct Willard Webster went on sale. A campus committee was set up to plan for YSU’s observance of the U.S. Bicentennial.	en_US
