dc.description.abstract Bill Brown, president of Student Government, expressed concern that various committees in the Academic Senate had not met. He also predicted that proposed changes to the constitution of Student Government would be defeated. Two graduate students sought to create a graduate student organization on campus. Two English instructors file lawsuits for non-renewal of their contracts. A declaration of direction and outreach was approved by the Board of Trustees. A writing award was created in honor the late Dr. Robert R. Hare (English). en_US
