Abstract:
A motion to drop the foreign language requirement failed in the Academic Senate. In response to accusations from the president of Student Government, the Academic Senate’s chairman promised that committees would meet. Student Government president Bill Brown was accused of using scare tactics when predicting the failure of a proposal to change the organization’s constitution.
