dc.description.abstract Student Council voted to kill the new Student Government constitution. The Academic Senate defeated a motion to abolish the Foreign Language Requirement. The presence of fast food outlets on college campuses was discussed. 780 applicants sought to fill 40 spots at the new medical school. Student Council decided not to send a letter to U.S. Senator John Glenn calling for an end to American military aid in Southeast Asia. en_US
