dc.description.abstract	WRTA instituted a campus shuttle bus service. The faculty evaluation procedure was discussed. A new chairman took over the Kilcawley Center Board. A proposal for an “information center” at YSU was put forward. Jazz trumpeter Thad Jones was to appear at the YSU Jazz Ensemble concert. Singer James Taylor performed on campus.	en_US
