dc.description.abstract	NEOUCOM names a program chief. William Windom played James Thurber for the Artists Lecture Series. A course on student behavior was offered. Northeastern Educational Television of Ohio (NETO) expanded its board to include public members. A student stopped a tow truck as it was taking away her car for illegal parking. A first aid club was set up to serve students at major events. Nan Polumbo, YSU’s only full-time female landscaper, praises her job. Dr. Daniel J. O’Neill co-authored a textbook. Circle K provided opportunities for volunteer service. Law Careers Day was planned.	en_US
