dc.description.abstract	Dr. Fred Feitler was selected as the YSU director of instructional improvement. A bond issue for construction of a new football stadium was discussed. Students receiving Federal financial aid were barred from employment on campus. Dr. Steve Redburn (Urban Studies) developed a mapping system for election data. Dr. Alvin Skardon (History) begins researching his book on YSU’s history.	en_US
