dc.description.abstract	Physical plant director Ray Orlando warned of a reoccurrence of the flash flooding that damaged several buildings over the summer. The Foreign Language Requirement is modified. Student attitudes appeared to be improving, according to Mark Shanley, coordinator of student activities. Dr. William J. Fishman of the University of London, appeared on campus to lecture on anarchism. The YSU Planetarium is highlighted in a photo spread. The use of a concert promoter over a major events committee was discussed.	en_US
