dc.description.abstract Student Council debated the advisability of hiring major bands and orchestras to play at university functions. The Columbus Baroque soloists were scheduled to perform in Strouss Auditorium. A religious program was planned for YU in keeping with the ecumenical emphasis given at the World Council of Churches meeting held in New Delhi, India. Homecoming queen candidates are profiled. Seven new instructors were added to the YU faculty. en_US
