dc.description.abstract Survey shows YoCo students are in protest against the Nazi persecution of Jews in Germany. New sorority is organized on campus, the Alpha Theta Delta. Nine Youngstown College students are accepted into the "Who's Who Among Students In American Universities and Colleges." The first Inter-fraternity formal dance plans are under way with a date set for sometime in January at Stambaugh Auditorium. President Howard Jones represented Youngstown College in Dayton, Ohio, December 3, when Reverend John A. Elbert, S. M., Ph. D., was formally inaugurated as president of the University of Dayton. History of the early day's of Youngstown College when the Y.M.C.A. established the Youngstown Association School in 1888. Jambar writes on boycotting Germany because of the persecution of the Jews. The Football team and coach were honored at the Penguin Banquet at the Youngstown Country Club sponsored by 36 local area sportsmen and business men. en_US
