dc.description.abstract	The Annual Freshmen breakfast will be held on October 20th. Naval courses are being offered to help prepare future officers. Attorney Knowles Wyatt has been appointed as a member of the Board of Governors of Youngstown College, representing the alumni association of the college. Editorial comments about the purpose of Student Council and the protest concerning the inter-fraternity election. The Penguins suffered their first defeat since early in the 1940 season on September 25 by a score of 21-7 against Western Reserve.	en_US
