dc.description.abstract	Sandra Sherwood was crowned queen of the 1958 Homecoming. The Democratic candidate for Ohio Governor, Mike DiSalle, and John W. Bricker, senior U.S. senator from the Buckeye State, spoke to gatherings of students on campus. The University Theatre announced its series of family plays. The experiences of YU faculty members while in Europe were recounted. The football team was defeated by Eastern Michigan 21-12 and prepared to meet Western Kentucky during Homecoming.	en_US
