dc.description.abstract Funds were released for President Coffelt to hire an architect for the new YSU athletic complex. A licensing problem caused the shutdown of the Campus Day Care Center. A Broadway play starring soap opera stars was to be part of the upcoming YSU Arts Festival. Dr. Alvin Skardon (History) discussed his biography of William Augustus Muhlenberg. First Unitarian Church of Youngstown sponsored an arts festival, which included the work of several YSU faculty and students. The Spotlight Theatre presented Tennessee Williams’s play “The Glass Menagerie.” en_US
