dc.description.abstract	Student Government president bill Brown announced that he would not seek reelection. Dr. James Dale (Philosophy & Religious Studies) was appointed head of YSU’s American Studies Program. Student Affairs was to sponsor a student leadership seminar. A female sharpshooter was profiled. A shortfall in Ohio Instructional Grant funding for YSU was announced by the Ohio Board of Regents. A noted astronomer was to lecture in the Planetarium. Student Council considered amendments on impeachment and vacant seats.	en_US
