dc.description.abstract	The Bicentennial Festival and Open House was a success, despite rain. Student Government leaders officially took office. A representative of the Palestine Liberation Organization claimed misrepresentation by the media. May activities were slated for Spring Weekend. Trustees approved a budget for the new medical school. Nominations were open for the “Mr. YSU” contest.	en_US
