dc.description.abstract | Student Council officers were elected and seated. Republic Steel offered free parking spaces to YSU students. Kilcawley Center accepted entries for a spring arts festival. Ohio Lieutenant Governor Richard Celeste’s office announced that he would visit the YSU campus. Summer enrollment was set at 5,601, a 1.5 percent increase.
