dc.description.abstract	Democratic presidential candidate Jimmy Carter made an appearance at a Federal Plaza rally, joined by Senatorial candidate Howard Metzenbaum and Congressman Charles Carney. Former Black Panther information director Eldridge Cleaver was to present a lecture at YSU. $8,000 was allocated to renovate Pollock House. Student Council president Jim Senary praised football coach Bill Narduzzi at a Council meeting.	en_US
