dc.description.abstract Enrollment in Army ROTC increased. The mid-year art show at the Butler Institute was announced. The six Penguin canoeists who paddled along the Mississippi River to New Orleans returned to Youngstown to a rousing welcome from friends and family members. Unofficial summer enrollment was estimated at 5,600 students. YSU students completed work in an experimental child nursery. Penguin football quarterback Cliff Stoudt was a candidate for All-American. Football coach Bill Narduzzi expressed confidence in the Penguins for the 1976 season. en_US
