dc.description.abstract	The YSU Band decried its lack of practice facilities as its chief reason for being absent from football games. Lt. Gov. Richard Celeste visited YSU and spoke to students. Sarah Taft, the daughter of Ohio Senator Robert Taft, also paid a call on campus, encouraging voter registration.	en_US
