dc.description.abstract Student Government favors the opinion of the Ad Hoc Committee's recommendations proposing disciplinary actions against white students involved in a costume incident at a Halloween social gathering. Jambar interviews a student involved in the Halloween incident. "The Gathering" will take place on campus Thursday in hope to garner racial understanding. The Interfraternity Council is also looking into the Halloween incident. Dr. Lorrayne Baird-Lange instituted a Holistic Health Fund to educate people the dangers of smoking and to encourage people to quit smoking. "Housequake," a new radio program, will debut today in Kilcawley Center. The Penguin Review remains alive on campus, despite having a budget of $0. Coverage is given on The Jambar's Red and White Day. en_US
