dc.description.abstract The YSU enrollment is up for the summer semester. A former Student Government President, Joseph Long, and another YSU Student, William Sowers, were both arrested for a traffic violation, an open container and possession of marijuana. After some controversy, Dr. Robert Bolla is appointed as the new dean to the College of Arts and Sciences. Youngstown Mayor George McKelvey and President David Sweet meet at the groundbreaking of the new apartments at Wick Oval. The apartment complex will consist of three buildings with 130 units for 408 students and is scheduled for completion by August 2003. There was a verbal confrontation in the Schwebel lounge in Kilcawley Center. en_US
