dc.description.abstract	The YSU Board of Trustees approves the creation of a Bachelors of General Studies Degree. Anthropology professor, Gary Fry, violated his probation for two 2002 convictions and has been ordered to complete another six-month term. Student Government suggested the use of debit-type credit cards to replace hard checks. A collective group of influential community leaders gathered in Kilcawley Center for the First Annual Conference for African and African American Dialogue. YSPAN holds rally in attempt to change immigration attitudes.	en_US
