dc.description.abstract Student tuition will raise 8 percent in fall '04 to cover student, staff and faculty salaries and scholarships. Ohio tuition ranks fifth highest in the country. Local unions will join Student Government Association Representatives at the YSU Board of Trustees meeting to protest the possible outsourcing of the YSU bookstore. Bookstore buy back is in full swing. The Office of Student Life sent out memos last week asking for suggestions as they begin revising "The Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities and Conduct." YSU Physicist James Carroll hopes his research regarding the cleaning of nuclear energy will someday provide a process that could alleviate radioactive residue, a hazardous waste product. en_US
