dc.description.abstract Student Council discussed a new method in selecting campus queens. The University Alumni Group announced a $50,000 fund drive designed to aid the proposed student union. The campus community mourned the death of Dr. Oscar Dustheimer, professor of astronomy and mathematics. The University Theatre’s presentation of “Twelfth Night” was reviewed. Albert Shipka, president of the Greater Youngstown AFL-CIO, discussed the future of Youngstown at the Social Science Club Symposium. American Communist leader Gus Hall’s book, “The Only Choice: Peaceful Coexistence” was reviewed. en_US
