dc.description.abstract Ohio Governor Michael V. DiSalle held a seminar on state government that drew some 1,000 participants. Enrollment hit 7,482 for the Spring 1962 semester. Earle Pratt was elected the new president of Student Council after it was reorganized. The Penguin rifle team vaulted into second place in the Lake Erie Intercollegiate Rifle Conference, while the basketball team prepared to take the court against Steubenville College. en_US
