dc.description.abstract	Student Council discussed changes to its constitution and by-laws. Greek pledge period began and the 10th Annual Greek Sing was scheduled. The Friends of the Youngstown University Library began a fund drive, led by William F. Maag, Jr., editor and publisher of The Vindicator. The YU Language Laboratory opens. The Penguin basketball team prepared to meet Florida A&M on the court.	en_US
